Investing Off-Plan in Bulgaria

If the property is land or a Re-Sale, a Bulgarian Company must first be formed. (Approx. 700€.) A foreigner cannot currently own land but can have outright ownership of a company that can own land. This law is set to be removed from the Constitution after the country joins the E.U. in 2007
