Landscape, swimming pool design package

This package is developed over two steps.
You may choose to go with Step one or Step two, however, we recommend you proceed with both stages to ensure the design is constructed as intended.

Each of the two steps are outlined below.

Step one

The proposed ideas in step one will put the project as a whole, considering all details to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Design concepts will be presented in a Auto Cad plans -2D model. 3D computer generated model is also available at extra cost.

Two Concept Designs will be presented with:

• AutoCAD plans
• 3D computer generated views
• A selection of suggested materials

We will meet with you in our office to present and discuss the proposal plans, at this time we will also discuss the costs of each pool design. Then a package of printed plans and a CD containing a digital presentation and documents will be compiled for you !

Step two

DOCUMENTATION OF DESIGN/ADVISE & COMMENT DOCUMENTATION

Resolution and documentation of the concept design is carried out in step two.

Documentation is prepared using AutoCAD (Computer generated drawings). The drawings prepared may include a landscape specification, master plan of hard and soft works, details of feature elements, sections and elevations, construction details, material specifications, colours and plant schedule.

Where required we may need to research materials, construction techniques or liaise with specialist contractors.
The documentation package will provide the necessary level of specified information for quotation by a landscape contractor and subsequent construction. We also can present the plans in Auntamiento to obtain a building license.
